I never paid attention at school (even though I tried remarkably hard at times). In fact, I think that overall I had a surfeit of attention, hording it up and never ever handing it out. That trait continues to this day. I wake up in the middle of meetings. I forget shopping lists as I write them down. And I sure as hell find myself turning blue when I forget to breathe significantly more often than most. But I just spotted this on
